All coaches have the Basketball Federation of Serbia licence to work with young players. Over the years and as players and coaches, they have gotten to know the various mentalities of the countries they worked in and can easily adapt to the needs camp members from abroad. Their methods of work has been succesfully demonstrated by the various national teams they have led.
